Recently received JourneyGo hotspot which was an open box item. I chose open box due to a somewhat lower price. Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Included instructions were quite clear to read and understand. I will make use of this hotspot mainly during summer travels but needed to check that item would operate properly. Paid for activation fee and lowest GB plan to test hotspot. Connected in a short amount of time and maintained internet connection with no interruption. To this point I am very pleased with this device.

Out of box.. would not know it or be able to tell cosmetically. A couple things were different than the startup directions given with device .....one quick call with support, got us headed in the right direction. We did not realize that "registration" does NOT HAPPEN immediately. The device must connect to "home" to register itself, after you start the process. It takes a couple hours.... Other than that minor hickup....the thing just WORKS AS DESIGNED once it is registered. Great device and support 10 stars.

TRavlfi Journey Go was very useful on our trip. Our RV broke down in Georgia, Unable to get cell signal, with the Travlfi Journey Go, we as able to locate a Camping World nearby and arranged an appointment to be see quickly. We highly recommend the TRavlfi Journey Go.

I've had my JourneyGo for about a week. It was very easy to set up and my connections are very good. I did decide to exchange it for the 5g model to gain a little more connectivity down the road when I'm traveling more. Hopefully it will be just as easy to set-up as the 4g.
