In an area with little to no phone reception, I am able to get internet with Journey XTR. I’m a happy camper.
Very easy and user friendly setup. Works perfect in the middle of a state park in wisconsin where there is no cell phones even working. Great product.
Following a little start up confusion on my part, the customer svc experience was phenomenal! The unit does exactly as promised and one of the best buys I have made. Living on a boat wifi is almost completely unavailable to do computer work. But this little device delivers on all levels

This router has been great and has provided our grandson with the internet connection he wants and needs as we travel on vacation. It was super easy to setup and has been very reliable.
Connects faster, doesn't heat up when used for long periods of time, status window is a plus over 4g puck shaped device.
Travis is great!! I used it in the Adirondack mountains of Ny and had no problems with steaming or browsing! Highly recommended!
So far we are very pleased. We appreciate that we can stop usage and not pay during the winter months when we won’t be using our travel trailer. Some occasional buffering but we expect that with cell towers. To us much better than trying to find a clear view of the sky in wooded campgrounds. We opted for the unlimited plan so we wouldn’t have to worry about keeping track of usage.
We had no problems at all setting it up and both myself and husband are 76 years young. Setting the wi-fi up was equally easy.
We used our JourneyGo 5G this past weekend while camping and it worked great!! So far so good.
I was honestly very skeptical about this 5G Hotspot. Because other brands in the past never held up worth anything. But after I got the device activated, it worked fantastic. The only thing that wasn’t disclosed, was the $30.00 activation fee. But otherwise everything has been great.
Worked great in the location I needed it, our camper is in a wooded remote campground that Verizon, whom we have a hotspot from, just didn't get much signal.
Only issue, I only bought 25GB, and used most of it in a weekend, as I didn't know what usage would be, and I thought I read you could call and add more data and just pay the difference? Was told when I called in that didn't apply to the 25 GB plan?
Otherwise a good product !
Game changer. Streaming the occasional movie without the annoying AT$T text every hour saying they've charged me another $10 over and above the monthly bill! Now we stream our favorite programs whenever we want! We love our XTR Pro 5G router! Thank you!!
