TravlFi offers free economy shipping on eligible orders, with expedited options available at checkout. Most orders placed before 2:00pm CST ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. Shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, and delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather.
Returns
TravlFi offers a 30-day return policy on hardware in like-new, working condition. Returns must be requested through TravlFi before sending items back, and products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and data plans are non-refundable. Full return instructions are provided once a return is approved.

Typically, your cellphone hotspot will only connect to one provider while TravlFi will automatically connect to the strongest available signal among multiple different cellular networks in your area.
Do I need internet for TravlFi to work?
No, TravlFi provides the internet! Thanks to eSIM, TravlFi automatically connects the device to the strongest available network from most cellular towers in its area.
What cellular networks does TravlFi use?
TravlFi uses the same networks as many of the largest cellular carriers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. It's like having multiple hotspots for the price of one! As you move to different locations your device will automatically switch to the best available cellular network in your area.
Will I pay an activation fee each time I restart my service?
No. You may pause or cancel your subscription with us at any time and you won't pay a reactivation fee when you're ready to turn your service back on.
What are TravlFi's data plan options?
TravlFi offers flexible pay as you go data plans ranging from 2 GB to 100 GB. TravlFi also offers a pay as you go Unlimited data plan and data plans for Mexico and Canada.
