Shipment Rates and Exclusions
Economy & Expedited Shipping prices depend on carriers and shipping methods selected. To find out precise shipping costs for your location, fill in your address details on the checkout page to see live shipping cost updates. Travlfi does not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipment Process Time
Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note, shipping may be affected due to weather conditions.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Rerouting & Cancellations
If orders are rerouted by the customer, the customer is responsible for the $20 reroute cost. The reroute fee will be reduced from the refunded amount.
If an order is canceled by a customer, the customer is responsible for the $20 cancellation fee of the product that is in transit. The cancellation fee will be reduced from the refunded amount.

Order placed after 2:00 PM CST Monday - Thursday will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Please inspect your shipment for shortages and any damage. By signing for the shipment you are accepting the responsibility for the damaged goods and no freight claim can be collected. If anything on the shipment appears damaged and you choose to receive the order, put notes on the Bill of Lading. Travlfi obligation ends when the freight carrier picks up the shipment. RETURN POLICY: All products sold come with a 30 return policy. You may return your like new product to Travlfi for the cost of the item. Dented or scratched product is subject to additional charges. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
