Applicable taxes and fees may apply; a one-time activation fee is charged with your first service activation.
When does my month of service begin?
Your service begins the day you activate—by phone, QR code, or via the TravlFi portal.
How does monthly billing work?
Billing renews monthly from your activation date. Cancel or pause anytime with no reactivation fee.
Is there an auto-pay option?
Yes, auto-pay is enabled by default at plan purchase and renews each month.
I am only going on vacation for 2 weeks; can I only pay for partial service?
No, current plans are billed monthly. However, you can opt for a smaller data plan if you will be using service intermittently through the month.

Do unused data amounts roll over?
No, unused data does not carry into the next month.

Can I use TravlFi while my RV is in motion?
