For a low one-time fee, your device is covered against manufacturer defects and accidental damage like drops or spills under normal use. If an issue occurs, we’ll replace your device at no charge with a new or reconditioned unit of equal value, or provide store credit if the model is no longer available. Coverage lasts two full years from the date of purchase and includes a 30-day risk-free cancellation for a full refund if no claim is made, giving you simple, worry-free protection and peace of mind on the road.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
TravlFi offers free economy shipping on eligible orders, with expedited options available at checkout. Most orders placed before 2:00pm CST ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. Shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, and delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather.
Returns
TravlFi offers a 30-day return policy on hardware in like-new, working condition. Returns must be requested through TravlFi before sending items back, and products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and data plans are non-refundable. Full return instructions are provided once a return is approved.
